Get in shape to ski your best! Ski Stronger is a ski-specific workout that you can do anywhere -- at home, at the gym, on the road. The video features a 50-minute ski-specific workout plus bonuses.

Ski Stronger focuses on building leg strength, core stability and total body fitness. Get in better shape for skiing, prevent injury and ski longer by doing this workout just two to three times per week. This follow-along workout is led by world renown fitness coach, Scott Adams, CSCS, and features champion skier Craig Garbiel, and super athlete, Catherine Betts.
